I. Applicability of General Sales Conditions

1.1. These General Sales Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and sales described, mentioned, promoted, or listed on www.TheArtLab.in ("the Website"). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these General Sales Terms and Conditions. The Artlab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

1.2. No additional conditions introduced by any purchaser shall be deemed applicable unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized officer of The Artlab. Failure to exercise one or more rights under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

 

II. Requests and Confirmation

2.1. Orders may be placed through the Website or by telephone during our operational hours. Once an order has been placed, cancellations or changes will not be accepted, except in exceptional situations where The Artlab will try to accommodate requests for changes, subject to a fee.

2.2. Each order is subject to approval by The Artlab. We reserve all rights to reject any order due to various reasons, including insufficient stock or incomplete customer information. The Artlab undertakes to inform the purchaser promptly if there will be a problem filling an order.

 

III. Prices

3.1. All prices listed on the Website are stated in INR and are Exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Shipping charges, which are payable by the purchaser, are extra and vary by destination. Details are available upon request from The Artlab.

 

IV. Payment at Time of Order

All purchases are subject to immediate payment by cash (dependent on the total order value), debit or credit card, or mobile wallets (like UPI, Google pay, Phone pe, Paypal and Paytm).

 

V. Availability of Products

5.1. The catalogue on the Website lists all available products. From time to time, products may be out of stock or unavailable. Customers are advised to contact The Artlab for product availability before placing an order.

5.2. Certain special gift items are unique and handcrafted, available only in small quantities. The Artlab reserves the right to substitute unavailable items with ones of equal or greater value, and modify gift item presentations for proper delivery.

 

VI. Delivery of Products

6.1. Product Shipping:

6.1.1. The accuracy of the shipping information provided by the purchaser is crucial. The Artlab cannot be held responsible for incomplete or erroneous delivery instructions.

6.1.2. After acceptance of an order, The Artlab will prepare and forward it to the shipping service. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify receipt with the shipping service upon delivery.

 

6.2. Shipping & Packaging Charges:

6.2.1. Deliveries are made on BUSINESS DAYS. Additional charges may apply for deliveries on Sundays or holidays. Hand delivery is available only in specific regions.

6.2.2. Additional packaging charges may be applicable for orders to be delivered outside specific regions. Our packaging ensures product quality during transit.

6.2.3. The Artlab will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, including strikes, natural disasters, or terrorism.
