Chef Kiran Ahir Shah, a visionary pastry artist, studied at the prestigious Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. Her culinary journey continued with a specialization in pastry art at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Boston, USA. Under the mentorship of international chefs, Chef Kiran honed her craft and developed a keen understanding of the artistry and science behind pastry.Driven by a passion for creating desserts that not only tantalize the taste buds but also captivate the eye, Chef Kiran founded The Art Lab Patisserie and Bakery. Her creations are a fusion of exquisite flavors and breathtaking aesthetics, reflecting her belief in pastry as a form of art accessible to all.
